Born and raised in Billings, Montana, David has lived, worked, studied, taught, acted, written, and photographed in Los Angeles, California; Boca Raton, Florida; Missoula, Montana; Chicago, Illinois; San José, Costa Rica; New York City; and Barcelona, Spain. David holds a B.F.A. in Drama (Acting) from the University of Montana (95) and a B.S. in Education (Spanish/Drama) from Montana State University-Billings (97).
